FAQ & Policies

Flexible scheduling for families

Purchase as many weeks as you need and enjoy the flexibility to schedule them around your family’s plans.

Camp weeks do not need to be consecutive.

Choose your weeks at the time of registration, with the flexibility to change dates later at no additional cost.

*Please see below for the schedule change policy.

Reserved camp dates may be rescheduled at no additional cost. All change requests must be submitted by email to info@sandydayskidscamp.com and received no later than 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) on the Friday prior to the scheduled camp week. All requests are subject to availability.

Can I sign up for more/less than weekly sessions?

YES! We don’t want the cost or weekly structure to keep any kids away from camp! Please get in touch with us at info@sandydayskidscamp.com for info on our flexible pricing plans – by one day, or packs of three days, five days, 10 days, to use as you wish!

Because camp is offered in week-long sessions, no make-up days or refunds will be provided for missed days during the camp season.

If you add additional weeks and move into a lower rate plan, the new lower rate will be applied to all previously purchased weeks. Any applicable discounts will be recalculated based on the updated weekly rate.

A one-time annual enrollment fee of $35 per child is automatically added to all reservations. This fee covers administrative costs associated with setting up your child in our online scheduling system and includes a new rash guard for sun protection during camp.

Rates are charged per child, per week. Each child—including siblings—must have the required number of paid weeks to qualify for the pricing tiers below.

Weeks may be transferred between siblings, provided the weeks are at the same rate at the time of transfer.

All tuition and camp fees are due and payable at the time of enrollment. However, we do work with families to provide alternative payment plans.  Please reach out directly, we are always happy to find a way for children to enjoy Sandy Days Kids Camp.

If you have a change of plans before May 1, 2026 we will refund all but the $35 registration fee per camper. After that date and before June 1, 2026, we will refund all but the $35 registration fee and 50% of the total amount paid (after any discounts received).

After June 1, there are no refunds or credits given for cancelled/unused days of camp for any reason.

*If we have to close or cancel camp at any point, due to weather, natural events, or other factors beyond our control, any unused tuition will automatically become a registration for a future season.

Camp drop-off takes place between 9:00–9:30 AM, and pick-up is between 3:00–3:30 PM, unless your child is enrolled in extended care from 3:30–4:30 PM.

A parking pass will be provided at the sign-in table for both drop-off and pick-up. The pass is valid from 9:00–10:00 AM and 3:00–4:00 PM and must be displayed on the front dashboard of your vehicle.

If you want to pick up your child early, please let us know at drop off. Campers are not allowed to be picked up without being signed out. We will not release a camper to a person not listed on the authorized pick up list.
