CAMP POLICIES

NEW POLICIES FOR 2022 – COVID19 COMPLIANT

Campers will be grouped together – Campers will be assigned to a co-ed group of up to 15 other campers of the same age range and two counselors. The makeup of that group will stay constant over the course of each session. As always, you can request a friend/s in your child’s same age range to be in their group. Siblings who are in the same grade or one grade apart will be grouped together, in accordance with LA County’s directives on reducing contacts.

Schedule Changes

DUE TO OUR LIMITED DATES AND ENROLLMENTS NO SCHEDULE CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED THIS YEAR. NO SICK DAYS OR MAKE-UP DAYS WILL BE ALLOWED.

So that we can make sure that campers have fun and that they are safe, we make appropriate arrangements for the number of campers in each age group who will be joining us every day. That said, we understand that unexpected events may, from time to time, make it necessary for you to change scheduled camp days. For this reason, we have set up the following procedures to make it easy for you to arrange for replacement days: There is no extra charge for changes in schedule that are made via e-mail or on our on-line scheduling program by noon of the day preceding the originally scheduled date. We will confirm the change in writing; schedule/date changes that are not confirmed will not be honored. Schedule changes must maintain the number of camp days in the camper’s original reservation, not fewer. Days are not transferable and there are no refunds for days missed.

Payments

Full tuition is required at the time of registration.

Cancellations

Because of the strange nature of 2022, your camp tuition is nonrefundable for any reason. If you need to cancel camp after you’ve registered, our normal policy applies: as long as you let us know no later than March 15, 2022 for Spring Break Camp and May 31, 2022 for Summer Camp, we’ll hold your unused tuition as a credit for the next season. Because all campers are required by Los Angeles County to attend full weeks of camp, we cannot provide credits or prorate tuition for partial weeks.

We also know that it’s possible that California’s reopening has to slow down or even go backwards. If we have to close or cancel camp at any point, any unused tuition will automatically become a registration for a future season.
