Because of the strange nature of 2021, your camp tuition is nonrefundable for any reason. If you need to cancel camp after you’ve registered, our normal policy applies: as long as you let us know no later than March 15, 2021 for Spring Break Camp and May 31, 2021 for Summer Camp, we’ll hold your unused tuition as a credit for the next season. Because all campers are required by Los Angeles County to attend full weeks of camp, we cannot provide credits or prorate tuition for partial weeks.
We also know that it’s possible that California’s reopening has to slow down or even go backwards. If we have to close or cancel camp at any point, any unused tuition will automatically become a registration for a future season.
If you have a change of plans before May 1, 2020 we will refund all but the $35 registration fee per camper. After that date and before the first day of camp, we will refund all but the $35 registration fee and 50% of the total amount paid (after any discounts received). After the first day of summer camp (varies year by year), there are no refunds or credits given for cancelled/unused days of camp for any reason.
